TMC’s Precision Chemical Cleaning Division is divided into two departments: The Field Services group provides precision chemical cleaning on-site at your facility, while the In-house group provides precision chemical cleaning at our Huntsville facility. Additionally, the In-house group provides fabrication of pneumatic and hydraulic control panels, specialized tube bending for the aerospace and automotive industries, and specialized testing services.
TMC precision cleans:
Components (valves, tanks, fittings, cylinders, parts, etc.)
Gas tubing supply lines (Nitrogen (GN2), Oxygen (LOX), air, etc.)
Piping systems (air, water, gases, etc.)
TMC provides:
Low and high-pressure jet cleaning
Hydrostatic testing
Helium leak detection
Tubing fabrication
Pneumatic and hydraulic control panel construction
TMC's In-house facility includes a 10K clean room, and environmentally compatible cleaning solutions and disposes all wastes according to Federal safety guidelines and regulations.
